Shipping and Delivery
Ducati Parts Unlimited ships merchandise to all locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Ducati Parts Unlimited ships merchandise worldwide, please see additional terms and conditions bellow under International. Most all high value items sold on this site include shipping insurance in the shipping costs just because they are expensive, fragile electronics and or parts you can no longer get. Make sure you understand that First Class Mail offers NO INSURANCE Domestic or International. So if you choose USPS First Class Mail be sure you know the risks. Liability and the risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Again once the shipping carrier accepts your parcel Ducati Parts Unlimited is released from all Liability and loss of Tittle.
International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.
If you reside within the European Union and your order ships from our European distribution center then you will most likely not have to pay any import tax or VAT upon delivery of your order. But it is still your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify this claim. This is based on our previous experiences with shipping our products within Europe but its not a guaranteed of any future practices.
USPS First Class Mail for International use is not the best way to get your parts. USPS First Class Mail is offered to buyers of small items (Keys) as a cost saving shipping method. Please make sure you understand the risks of using First Class Mail. Most times its SLOW, its UNRELIABLE and at times it cannot be tracked online to some International destinations. If you choose to use First Class Mail Service understand the risks. If you really need your parts or are in a rush to get your parts, don't use First Class Mail, don't be cheap opt for faster more secure service or buy insurance if available. Ducati Parts Unlimited will not be held liable for loss or damage of uninsured or insured parcels including First Class Mail parcel domestic or International. Liability and the risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

OEM Parts Warranty:
All new and used OEM parts sold on this site are sold as-is and as-described and carry a no DOA warranty from Ducati Parts Unlimited. No DOA assures you will not get a damaged or broken part with your order. If the damage is caused by the carrier or occurs in transit then it will fall under our shipping and shipping insurance section above and will not be covered by our NO DOA warranty. All new and used OEM parts sold on this site do not carry a factory warranty. Ducati may choose to honor a factory warranty but since you are not buying direct from the manufacturer we do not offer any warranty written nor implied other than the NO DOA warranty.
Service Warranty:
All our services come with a NO DOA warranty. This means your parts will arrive fully functional after software or firmware service from us. In the rare event that they shall arrive DOA we will redo the programing at no extra charge. This warranty is contingent on the fact that you must follow all instructions for re-installation of parts. If we determine that these steps where not followed in their entirety this warranty will be considered null and void.
Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancelation Policy
Ducati Parts Unlimited has a very simple return refund exchange policy. If you receive an item that is different than what you ordered or that is damaged (other than damaged in transit) we will offer to exchange it for the correct item and pay for return shipping. Most all our parts are special order parts so we do not offer returns or cancellations on special order parts unless you received the wrong part ordered, at which time we will exchange for the correct part. All electrical, electronic, ECU, dashes or any electrical part sold by Ducati Parts Unlimited carry a NO REFUND or EXCHANGE policy. Ducati Parts Unlimited will not accept returns for buyer's remorse, unwanted merchandise, or just because you changed your mind. All sales are final. There are no returns or refunds accepted for any Service Procedure performed on your parts unless there's a problem with your original parts and or programming that cannot be resolved. Shipping and Insurance costs are not refundable. If you cancel an order prior to us shipping you are entitled to a full refund MINUS any fees associated with accepting your original payment. NOTE: As of January 1 2021 PayPal has stopped refunding their payment acceptance and processing fees on any refund issued. This means any refund issued to you will be less the original PayPal processing fee (Typically 3%). Ducati Parts Unlimited reserves the right to change its return and exchange policy at any time without prior notice to you.
